Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver training and assessment materials in the ICT industry.
Specialise in areas such as telecommunications networking and/or RF technology.
Translate complex technical information into effective, engaging training modules.
Ensure training programs meet objectives with an independent and critical approach.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Demonstrated experience in creating and delivering ICT-focused training programs.
Expertise in telecommunications or RF technology, with a background in the Australian Defence Force or the telecommunications industry considered highly advantageous.
Proven ability to engage learners and make technical subjects accessible and interesting.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent.
Current or easily re-instated Defence security clearance (highly desirable)
Willingness to travel (Australia-wide opportunities available).
