IIT has been accredited since 1997 for all areas of our training service deliverables: assessment, design, development and delivery. For IIT, this means we are assured we have a quality management system that can deliver superior services consistently. For our clients, it provides an assurance that we meet agreed objectives each and every time.

We'll be looking at specific parts of our ISO system and how they help us deliver quality to our clients in some upcoming posts.
